Atlanta Muster 2007
I had the great opportunity to be the Muster speaker for Atlanta, GA. It was a great weekend trip. I visited the aquarium, Cyclorama, and the High Museum of Art. The A&M club was very hospitable. Special thanks to my friends and tour guides Sarah, Sean, and Heidi. They had their own personal tour of the High Museum of Art by... your's truly. I think they were entranced the first hour or so, but after hearing my "lectures" and history lessons on all of the paintings in the museum for a few hours, their eyes started to glaze over. They said they had enough culture to last them a few months. I also was taught how to play beer pong until 3 AM in the morning at CJ's by some of the more adventurous members of the group. Also, I found a 4-4-0 steam locomotive similar to what I'm in search for to place in front of the College Station Depot Gallery! But it's not for sale. The quest continues.
Next time I'll show you how construction is going for the new Benjamin Knox Art Center addition.
