ORDER AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:
You may order from our secure online web store 24 hours
a day or call the gallery during business hours 10am to
6pm (Central Standard Time) Monday- Saturday. Please call
the gallery for inquires about an order already placed.
An associate will return your call at the first opportunity
if we are currently helping other customers. Our goal
is to deliver your purchase within two weeks of receipt
of your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the
order, the destination, and mode of delivery. Please contact
the gallery for rush delivery and international shipments
rates.
SALES TAX:
We are required to collect applicable sales
tax for deliveries in Texas.
ARTIST’S SIGNATURE AND PERSONALIZATIONS:
You may purchase Benjamin Knox’s artwork
and photography signed but not personalized. He signs
all art pieces that are sold framed through the gallery
at no additional cost. For a special personalization,
we recommend a brass plate to be added to your framed
artwork. The only time that Benjamin personalizes his
artwork is when he is available for signings dates.
There is no additional charge for his signature during
scheduled signing dates. For his signing schedule, please

GIFT ORDERS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Your gift can be shipped directly to the recipient
with your personalized message on our gift card. If
you can’t decide on a specific gift, you can give
a Benjamin Knox Gift Certificate with your personalized
message on our gift card. Our Gift Certificates are
issued for any amount and may be used at the Benjamin
Knox Gallery or the web store. Gift wrapping is available
on request.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Undamaged art prints and frames may be exchanged for
Benjamin Knox Gallery Gift Certificates or items of
equal value within 90 days. Framed artwork must have
been framed at the Benjamin Knox Gallery (with a Benjamin
Knox Gallery framing stamp of approval on the back)
in order to be returned. Personalized prints may not
be returned.
ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT:
We are committed to finding ways to protect our environment
and reduce waste. The majority of the paper and packaging
that we use is recycled in some way. Please recycle
tubes, cardboard boxes, and packaging materials.
