Event Rental Pricing




A great location for any event - just a few blocks from Texas A&M and near most hotels.

Important Information:

  1. Gallery, Frame Shop, and Wine Depot Bar hours are Monday-Wednesday 12-8pm, and Thursday-Saturday 12-12am. Any space not rented for an event is still open to the public during those times.
  2. The Wine Depot Bar and decks are open to the public during business hours, but are included as part of the Depot private rental on Sundays all day, and Monday-Wednesday after 8pm.
  3. You may make arrangements to set up for your event prior to your event time as long as there is not a previous event before yours. The space will still be open to the public until your rental time starts.
  4. The Depot is generally not available for private rental on Thursday nights because the Wine Depot Bar has live music. Please inquire for special options and other alternatives.
  5. The use of the buffet room and courtyard are included with the Depot rental, but not the Event Room rental. Part of the buffet room may still be open to the public during business hours because it is the thoroughfare for customers to enter the frame shop.
  6. Consistent special pricing options are available for charities and Texas A&M University functions.
  7. For Wedding Receptions, add an additional $375. Private Bride room is available upon request.
  8. For Wedding and Reception Combo, add an additional $575.
  9. 18% gratuity is automatically added to all events for our staff event planners, set up, and event attendants. Please feel free to tip the staff and bartenders more according to their level of service.
